This paper should be divided into two sections, using headings: Section 1 should discuss the topic from a purely theoretical view point. Discuss the concepts offered in the text; provide differing theoretical viewpoints (citing their authors) and alternative models. Explore the idea fully. Section 2 should discuss your personal experiences in the workplace with this topic. Give examples of how the theory is right and how it may be wrong or incomplete. Use the vocabulary of the course and be specific in your examples. Be sure to cite your sources in the text and at the end of the paper.
