Produce a staff development strategy to contribute to the continual improvement of the quality of policing services received by the public. The strategy must be related to a staff competency framework. Included in the strategy must be the role of coaching and staff appraisals systems. You should also identify and use possible sources of data about the police performance which can include: complaints, public consultation feedback, and information obtained by partners and other online related information.
The presentation should consist between 3-4 Power Point slides.
