Customer Relationships. Identify in 200-250 works how you will engage and build relationships with your customer segment. Does your customer segment expect human interaction and personal assistance or are they more focused on self-service where they would prefer no direct relationship. Are they willing to share their experiences with others who purchased the same products to share knowledge and provide insights to the product? Is there a need for personal assistance with sales representatives, call centers or warranty support? When working on a house project, I find Home Depot to have the best employees who are always available, very knowledgeable and do not make me feel stupid for asking questions. I prefer to avoid the checkout cashier and simply use the self-service express lane. Beware, customer relationships may require more than one approach based on the buying behaviors of your primary customer segment.
