Your Final Examination will include an essay portion with 4 questions, all of which you must answer to the best of your ability. The Final Examination covers the text, Pollock, Chapters 8 – 14 as well as Modules 5 – 8, including the Discussion Board material.
- Report and discuss several types of corruption found in the criminal justice system and ways to combat the corruption.
- Explain the term noble cause corruption. Give an example of this in contemporary law enforcement. Be specific and defend your response.
- Explain the confidentiality rules of defense attorneys and explain some situations where they may be able to disclose confidential information. Be specific and defend your response.
- Define punishment and then discuss the major ethical considerations of punishment.
Be sure to submit your essay exam in one WORD document. Although there is no set word limit for your answers, it is required that you fully explain your responses.
