Now more than ever, really finding and sticking with a mindful/meditative practice is critical to helping your brain stay in parasympathetic rather than unnecessarily go into sympathetic which is hard on the body physiologically (Like holding the gas all the way down on your car for extended periods of time) as well as emotionally (Being reactive because the neo-cortex is shut down).
You Tube has numerous meditations from guided, to sound, to just visual.
In this assignment you will do the following:
1. Find and POST the link to a meditation that you really like (Make sure to include the title)
