For the purposes of this discussion share your thoughts on the approach Google takes when making final hiring decisions? Clearly the article discusses Person/Organization fit, but is this always the right and best approach?
The two videos speak about the candidate approach for determining what they wish to do with their life while the other video speaks about two former google executives that have now opened their own companies and brought with them ideas they gained from working at Google. Do you feel that Google’s approach is universal and can work for all companies? or only companies in the tech space? Please explain your opinion.
