Describe the types of groups, the purposes , characteristics and stages of development of groups that are common in social work practice. 3. Describe the skills requires to sustain the resiliency of members once the group comes to an end. Anticipate the kinds of reactions to the groups termination that members will have and what techniques are needed to facilitate the group ending well.
