The Hatshepsut Gallery.
At least 2 full pages of main text without redundancy or long quotes (if any); with focus on the art you are looking at in the gallery; plus a Source List with websites noted in an acceptable way you will need a little background info. The list should include at least one webpage/essay about the statue from the Museum website (give exact webpage/s – not just “metmuseum.org”) and two good additional web essays/articles that you found that you think give good background about some aspect of your paper. – Give main idea about the layout of the objects in the gallery/the main type of work/time period, object types covered, culture, etc. – Within the essay describe/discuss in detail two or three specific works of art that are in the gallery, addressing aspects of form and content. Do not discuss in detail any works of art that are not in the gallery. Give dates and some basic information from the museum label (not every detail or number, etc. on the label). Information from labels or wall text in the gallery does not need to be on the source list. You can address in your text, such as, “As the label explains … .”.
